Chris is a seasoned IT service management leader with nearly 30 years of experience defining ITSM strategy. Chris excels at building high-performing service organisations and is adept at driving continuous improvement. His wealth of experience across the entire service lifecycle is brought to bear in comprehensive, efficient, and effective Service Management Design, Transition, and Delivery.
His background includes two decades in all elements of the Service Operation and Transition space. This includes engineering, software support, break/fix, Service Desk and ITSM tooling.
Over the past ten years, following a move into Service Design and pre-sales, Chris has spearheaded the service design, transition, and management functions for multi-million-pound contracts in the defence sector.
Chris is formally recognised as an ITIL 4 Master and PeopleCert ITIL Ambassador with comprehensive end-to-end ITSM expertise; a people-focused leader committed to industry best practices (ITIL, ISO 20000, Agile, SIAM) and continuous team and process development.
