When someone says ‘that person is quiet’ do you think that they are focussed and professional or that they are disengaged?

When someone says ‘that person is loud’ do you think that they are disruptive and unprofessional or that they are full of ideas and getting things done?

Some solutions are quiet, some are loud, but they both solve problems.
